Best Western Empire Elysees

We stayed at this hotel for the second time after staying at other hotels in Paris. This hotel has several very important advantages why we returned. It has relatively large rooms, it is quiet, it has a very good breakfast, really friendly and helpful staff and all this for a reasonable price. We also like the location - it is close to the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe is right next to it, at the same time you can enjoy a local Parisian area with relatively few tourists, a local farmers market and nice cafes and shops.

Welcoming receptionist. We had 2 rooms. The first with twin beds was absolutely beautiful and had a small balcony. The second was a queen size room which was basic in decoration but was huge in size and far bigger than I was expecting from a hotel in the centre of Paris. Location excellent and extremely close to the metro station. A little noise at night from the traffic but was totally expected due to the location and didnt bother me too much at all as slept like a log. Breakfast was nothing special but there was plenty to choose from and it was a nice touch that you could boil your own eggs so it was perfectly hot and fresh. Complimentary hot drinks facility in the lobby and in the rooms. For me this hotel was perfect for my stay in Paris and i would definitely stay here again.

The location is very good, next to the Arc de triumph. Breakfast was very good quality, but low on selection. Staff was OK, moderately kind. The room was clean and recently renovated, bigger than the average hotel room. There was a all day free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, which was a nice gesture.

We traveled with three children. It was very important for us that the rooms were close to each other. What the hotel offered us perfectly. The hotel was in a very good location, we could get everywhere on foot. Metro stop very close. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff is very nice. We flew home early in the morning and could not eat breakfast. The receptionist brought us warm pastries, that was super sweet of him. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were great, a rich buffet selection including hot soup and vegetables. The coffee that we could make at the reception at any time was also excellent. The room was absolutely sufficient for 2 people. The weather was not very nice, so we welcomed the fact that we could also make tea in the room. We also had a balcony and we lived on the 5th floor, it was perfect. The hotel is in the center, close to the metro and the Arc de Triomphe, but at the same time it is a bit hidden, so it is quiet there at night. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. If I go to Paris again, I definitely know where I will stay. What else I have to highlight is that the hotel is absolutely non-smoking, which we welcomed. A few meters from the hotel there is also a shop that is open late into the night and the prices are more than reasonable.
